Position Overview
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Order Taking & Delivery
Accurately take guest food and beverage orders.
Enter orders into the POS system correctly and efficiently.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and fulfill additional requests.
Dining Room Service & Cleanliness
Set up tables, restock service areas, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and grooming requirements.
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
Communicate guest allergies, special requests, or important information to the kitchen.
Support fellow team members during peak times and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Payment Processing
Payment Processing
Present checks, process payments accurately, and return change promptly.
Follow all cash-handling procedures and POS protocols.
Maintain knowledge of discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cashiering skills.
Must meet minimum age requirements for handling alcohol (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
Culinary school training or certification (optional but beneficial).
Experience with fine dining, large-volume cooking, or specialized cuisine.
Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment
Fast-paced restaurant setting.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting trays, and carrying items.
